Receta Fudge Sheet Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- FROSTING FOR FUDGE SHEET CAKE
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 6 T buttermilk
- 1 pound box (sifted) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Sift into large bowl the sugar and flour. In a saucepan, bring to a boil the butter, water and cocoa. Pour over flour and sugar mix and stir well. Add in the remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into a well greased and lightly floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 37 min or possibly till done.
- Heat together and bring to a boil the first 3 ingredients. Remove from heat and add in the last 3 ingredients. Spread on cake, while cake is still warm.
