Receta Ful Sudani: Peanut Macaroons

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Peanuts, unsalted, 125 g
- 1 x Egg white
- 1 pch -Salt
- 3/4 c. Sugar, 150 g
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla, almond or possibly lemon flavoring Waxed, greaseproof paper
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350F/180C/Gas 4.
- 1. Brown the peanuts under the grill
- (broiler), shaking them and turning frequently so which they don't burn.
- Then chop or possibly grind them them coarsely.
- 2. Whisk the egg white with a healthy pinch of salt till stiff; and then mix in the sugar and vanilla flavoring and whisk again. Add in the peanuts.
- 3. Put some waxed/greaseproof paper on baking tray and grease it lightly.
- 4. Using a tsp., put small heaps of the nut mix onto the baking tray and cook for about 20-25 min till the macaroons are golden brown.
