Receta Garbanzo And Marinated Artichoke Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce penne
- 2 jar marinated artichokes liquid removed and marinade reserved
- 1 x 16ounce can garbanzo beans liquid removed and rinsed
- 1 c. imported black olive pitted and halved
- 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley dressing:
- 3 Tbsp. reserved artichoke marinade (above)
- 1 tsp sweethot mustard
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. alive oil
- 1 x salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cold. Cut artichoke hearts into quarters.

- In a lawge bowl combine artichokes penne beans olives and parsley.
- In a small bowl whisk all dressing ingredients together till well combined.
- Toss with artichoke mix.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Tossed with at dente tube shaped pasta this mix of bean olive and artichoke is a deliciously edible study in texture. Permeated with artichoke flavour from the marinade the spicy sweet dressing brings a lively freshness to this readily made salad.
