Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- 4 c. Sliced zucchini or possibly summer squash
- 3 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 med Onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Thyme leaves
- 2 med Tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, combine all except tomatoes and cheese. Cover loosely and cook on medium heat for about 10 min or possibly till tender, stirring occasionally. Add in tomatoes and cheese; cook 1 to 2 min or possibly till heated through. Serve immediately.
