Ingredientes
- 2 quart Beef stock
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Marjoram
- 1/2 tsp Celery seeds
- 1/8 tsp Grnd cumin
- 6 x Peppercorns
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 1 lrg Onion, coarsely minced
- 1/4 c. Parsley, minced
- 4 x Carrots, sliced
- 1 lrg Green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 c. Green beans, 1-in pcs
- 1 x Zucchini, 1/2-in slices
- 3 x Ears sweet corn, cut off cob
- 2 lrg Tomatoes, minced
Direcciones
- Simmer broth with salt, spices and garlic for about 1 hour. Add in onion, parsley, carrots, green beans and green pepper. Simmer about 20 min. Add in zucchini and corn; simmer 20 min. Add in tomatoes and simmer 20 min more.
