Receta Garden Vegetable Soup (Ww)

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. sliced carrot
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 2 x garlic cloves
- 3 c. Vegetable broth
- 1 1/2 c. diced green cabbage
- 1/2 c. green beans
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. diced zucchini
Direcciones
- 1. In large saucepan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute/fry carrot, onion, and garlic over low heat till softened, about 5 min.
- 2. Add in broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano, and salt; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer, covered, about 15 min or possibly unitl beans are tender.
- 3. Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 min. Serve warm.
