Receta Mississippi Pecan Pralines

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. dark cane syrup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Direcciones
- Butter side of 3 qt heavy saucepan. Combine sugars, syrup, and lowfat milk in buttered saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring till dissolved and mix comes to a boil. Cook to softball stages (234 degrees), stirring occasionally. Cold for 10 min. Add in vanilla, beat with spoon for about 2 min. Add in pecans. Beat till mix loses gloss. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto buttered foil or possibly wax paper lined cookie sheet.
