Receta Garlic Anchovy Salad Dressing

Ingredientes
- 2 ounce Anchovy fillet
- 12 clv garlic, mashed
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 med Onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Parmesan, fresh, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper, coarsely grnd
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. + 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- The anchovy are packaged in small tins. 2 ounce. is about 12 fillets or possibly 2 Tbsp..
- Place all except oil in food processor.
- Process and add in oil slowly while processor is running.
- Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
