Receta Garlic And Herb Sauteed Mussels In Tomato Wine Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 doz Live Fresh Mussels, de-bearded and scrubbed clean
- 8 clv garlic, minced fine, then crushed
- 1 x Lemon, fresh squeezed for juice
- 1 lrg Can Whole Tomatoes, with juice
- 3/4 c. Dry White Wine
- 1/2 c. Fresh Parsley, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Fresh Basil, minced
- 1/4 tsp Fresh Oregano,
- 1 lrg Loaf Italian Bread, sliced
Direcciones
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat; cook garlic (about 30 seconds), then add in Mussels and cook (2 min); add in lemon juice, tomatoes, wine, parsley, basil and oregano and simmer till Mussels open
- (1-2 min more). Pour Mussels, with sauce, over slices of toasted Italian bread in large soup serving bowls.
