Receta Garlic Broccoli Spears

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Fresh broccoli, cut into spears
- 2 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Place the broccoli in a saucepan with a small amount of water; cover and cook till crisp-tender. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. Drain broccoli and place in a serving dish; add in lemon mix and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
- 1998. Lynn's notes: Made this for Easter 1998; I steamed the broccoli instead of boiling. An excellent recipe which was quick to make.
