Receta Garlic Pasta

Ingredientes
- 1 whl garlic bulb
- 1/2 c. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh oregano, or possibly
- 4 tsp Dry oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 lb Pasta, cooked/liquid removed
Direcciones
- Separate garlic into cloves; remove papery skins. In a large skillet, over Low heat, saute/fry garlic in oil for 20 min or possibly till golden. Remove from the heat; add in parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss with pasta; serve immediately.
- Yield 4 servings.
