Receta Garlicky Shrimp And Cannellini Beans

Ingredientes
- 1 can White beans - (16 ounce) liquid removed, rinsed
- 2 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Garlic clove chopped Water or possibly chicken broth
- 8 ounce Peeled shrimp - (weight after peeling) deveined, and cut into 1/2" pcs
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley or possibly basil Salt to taste Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Direcciones
- Simmer beans, extra virgin olive oil and garlic for 10 min. Add in some water or possibly chicken stock to make the mix soupier.
- Add in shrimp, cover and simmer 5 min or possibly till shrimp turns pink.
- Add in parsley and season well to taste with salt and crushed red pepper.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
