Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c. pecans, very finely minced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.Lightly grease and flour 9 by 13 baking dish. Stir together sugar, brown sugar, large eggs and oil in a medium bowl till smooth. Stir in flour and vanilla. Add in pecans and stir till evenly mixed.
- Spoon into prepared pan and bake 30 min to 35 min.
