Ingredientes
- 1 lb round roast trimmed, and cut into 2" cubes
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 can diced tomatoes - (16 ounce) undrained
- 2 c. thinly-sliced carrots
- 1 lrg potato cut into chunks
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. dark molasses
- 1 c. water
- 3 c. fat-free beef broth
Direcciones
- Place beef in slow cooker (crock-pot). In a small bowl combine flour, celery salt, garlic pwdr, grnd ginger, and pepper; sprinkle over beef.
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, sherry, molasses, and water; pour over beef.
- Cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hrs. If you like, add in 1/4 c. raisins 30 min before serving.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
