- 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, sour
- 1 c. Maple syrup, or possibly sugar
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt Graham flour, to make thick batter

- Place in bread pan, let rise in hot place 1/2 hour. This makes 1 large loaf.
- Note: No time or possibly temperature given. Assume a moderate 350 - 400 F oven for 45 - 60 min.
