Ingredients: 1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk; 1 c. Sugar; 3 x Egg yolks; 1/2 c. Butter; 1 c. Pecan pcs; 1 1/3 c. Coconut; 1 tsp Vanilla

Ingredientes

1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
1 c. Sugar
3 x Egg yolks
1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Pecan pcs
1 1/3 c. Coconut
1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

Cook lowfat milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla over medium heat. Stir constantly till thick. Add in 1-1/3 c. coconut and 1 c. minced pecans.
Beat till thick to put on cake.
