Receta German Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 bar German Sweet chocolate
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 gallon ice cream
- 22 Oreo cookies (no filling)
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 9 ounce whipped cream
Direcciones
- In saucepan bring to boil chocolate, lowfat milk, butter, sugar and salt. Cook for approximately 4 min, stirring constantly till thick. Add in vanilla and cool.Crush Oreos and add in melted butter. Pat into 9x13 pan (will be very moist). Slice ice cream over cookie layer. Sprinkle pecans on ice cream. Pour cooled sauce over all. Spread with Cool Whip. Freeze. Cut into squares and serve.
