Receta German Style Potato Pancakes
Ingredientes
- 2 T flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten slightly
- 2 T lowfat milk
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 2 c. shredded peeled raw potato
- 1 T chopped parsley
- Warm applesauce or possibly meat gravy or possibly lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Put together first 3 ingredients in mixing bowl.Add in large eggs, lowfat milk and butter, stir just till smooth.
- Stir in onion, potato and parsley
- For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup mix onto hot lightly greased griddle and spread into 4 inch cake.
- Brown on underside; turn and brown second side.
- Serve with hot applesauce or possibly meat gravy or possibly lowfat sour cream.
- Yield: about 8 pancakes, 4 servings.
