- 1 lb Potatoes
- 4 x Hard boiled Large eggs
- 1 sm Cucumber
- 3 ounce Bacon, diced
- 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 x Onions, finely minced
- 3 tsp Parsley flakes
- 2 tsp Snipped chives Oil Vinegar
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes, peel & slice in cubes. Fry bacon till crisp. Slice Large eggs & cucumber & mix together with oil & vinegar to taste. Salt & pepper. Serve cold.
