Receta German Style Venison Sausage

Ingredientes
- 30 lb lean grnd pork
- 3 lb lean grnd Round
- 1 lb pork suet, rendered lean grnd venison tenders*
- 10 x cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. Hickory Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 c. black pepper
- 4 Tbsp. red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. sage, optional
- 4 Tbsp. cumin
- 4 Tbsp. oregano
- 4 Tbsp. crushed basil
Direcciones
- In a large container, mix first 3 ingredients. Add in seasonings and mix thoroughly.
- *Garnish the top of above ingredients with 1/2 lb. of grnd venison tenders.
- Excellent served cased or possibly in patties.
