Receta Ginger And Onion Marmalade

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Onions
- 1 can Dry white wine
- 1 x 2 inch piece root ginger Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprg rosemary White wine vinegar Soft brown sugar
Direcciones
- Peel and slice the onions into 5mm rings. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add in onions and rosemary and sweat the onions till soft.
- Pour in white wine and vinegar, heat till the liquid has disappeared.
- Serve cool or possibly hot with bacon and cabbage.
