Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg Onions
  • 1 can Dry white wine
  • 1 x 2 inch piece root ginger Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sprg rosemary White wine vinegar Soft brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Peel and slice the onions into 5mm rings. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add in onions and rosemary and sweat the onions till soft.
  2. Pour in white wine and vinegar, heat till the liquid has disappeared.
  3. Serve cool or possibly hot with bacon and cabbage.
