Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb Shrimp cooked and peeled
- 1/4 c. Roughly-minced cooked cellophane noodles
- 3 Tbsp. Grated carrots
- 2 Tbsp. Diced red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Thinly-sliced green onions
- 1 tsp Chopped fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. Whole cilantro leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Whole parsley leaves Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 med Brioche rolls hollowed out
Direcciones
- Combine everything but brioche rolls; season to taste with salt and pepper. Stuff salad generously into brioche rolls till they overflow.
