Receta Glazed Acorn Rings

Ingredientes
- 2 acorn squash
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Cut off ends of squash. Slice clockwise into 1 inch rings. Remove seeds. Place in single layer in large shallow baking dish. Add in orange juice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Combine sugar and all other ingredients. Simmer 5 min. Pour over squash rings and bake 15 min longer. Baste occasionally.
