Receta Glazed Cheesecake Puffs

Ingredientes
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 cans pie filling (cherry, pineapple, or possibly blueberry)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 24 vanilla wafers (Nabisco)
Direcciones
- Beat cheese, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla together. Line cupcake pans with foil baking c. (or possibly double paper c.) and put one wafer in the bottom of each c.. Add in sufficient cheese mix to fill 3/4 full. Bake 10 min at 375 degrees, cold and fill to the top with canned pie filling of your choice. Serve cool.
- NOTE: 2 cans of pie filling is sufficient for 36 puffs. If you want to use both cans of filling, 1 1/2 times the cheese recipe.
