Receta Glazed Pork Chops With Spiced Onion Marmalade

Ingredientes
- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. mild-flavored (light) molasses plus
- 1 Tbsp. mild-flavored (light) molasses
- 1/4 c. bourbon
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 lrg garlic clove chopped
- 6 x pork loin chops, 1" thick - (8 ounce ea) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Spiced Onion Marmalade (see recipe)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with vegetable oil spray.
- Whisk next 5 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Brush generous 1 Tbsp. glaze on each side of pork chops. Place chops on prepared baking sheet. Bake till thermometer inserted into center registers 150 degrees, about 20 min.
- Serve with hot Spiced Onion Marmalade.
