Receta Glazed Pudding Bundt Cake

- 3 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 sm. pkg. instant pudding, any flavor

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 c. bundt pan. Beat all ingredients in large bowl at low speed, scraping the bowl for 30 seconds. Beat medium speed 4 min. Pour into pan; bake till toothpick comes clean. Cold. Spread with glaze. Sprinkle with minced nuts.
- Glaze: Beat 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 to 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk till smooth and desired consistency.
