- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 18 ounce Radishes
- 3 can Carrots,small,whole(16 ounce)
- 20 ounce Peas,frzn
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Drain cans of carrots.
- 1. In 6-qt saucepot over medium heat, heat butter or possibly margarine, water, lemon juice, and radishes to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 min, stirring often, or possibly till radishes are tender.
- 2. Drain the carrots. Add in carrots and remaining ingredients; cook 10 min, stirring occasionally, or possibly till carrots and peas are heated through.
