Receta Glazed Spare Ribs

Ingredientes
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Hickory Liquid smoke
- Dash warm pepper sauce
- 3 pound sm. pork spareribs
Direcciones
- In microwavable bowl, combine onion, garlic and butter. Microwave on high till tender, about 2 min. Stir in ketchup, salt, liquid smoke and pepper sauce. Microwave barbecue sauce on high till warm and bubbly, stirring 2-3 times.
- Meanwhile, cut ribs into 1 rib pcs. Arrange in microwavable dish or possibly 3 qt casserole. Cover with waxed paper. Set barbecue sauce aside. Microwave ribs on high 15 min, rearranging ribs once.
- Brush with sauce and microwave on medium high 20-25 min or possibly till ribs are fork tender. Preheat broiler. Arrange ribs on foil lined broiler pan. Broil 3 min, turning once. Brush ribs with remaining sauce and broil till glazed with sauce. Serves 4.
