- 3 can Black beans, liquid removed
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 x Sun-dry tomatoes, oil-packed
- 1/4 c. Wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Oil Sriracha warm chili sauce, to taste Salt and pepper, to taste Bacon bits, real
Direcciones
- Mix onion and balck beans. In food processor blend garlic, tomoatoes, oil and vinegar. Add in salt, pepper and chili sauce to taste. Mix with beans.
- Garnish salad with real bacon bits and minced parsley.
- Sriracha warm chili sauce is a Vietnamese sauce manufactured by Huy Fong
- Serving Ideas : Serve on lettuce leaves
