Receta Glop (Cheese Spread)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 x -1 c. shredded Parmesan Reggiano
- 1/2 c. shredded Pecorino (or possibly any other good Romano cheese)
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 x minced scallions
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil Pepper to taste
- 2 tsp chopped Basil, fresh or possibly 1 Tablespoons dry (optional)
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together and chill at least 2 hrs to allow the flavors to meld. Best served at room temperature.
- This works great served on little toasts or possibly crackers. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can also be spread on a loaf of French Bread and heated for a delicious Garlic Cheese Bread.
