  • 1 x Pastry for 9 in pie crust
  • 1 x Beaten egg
  • 1 c. Dark brown sugar
  • 1 x Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp All purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Grated nutmeg
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. 14 ounce mashed cooked pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 tsp Brandy or possibly rum
  • 1 x Whipped cream, garnish

Direcciones

  1. Line a deep 9 inch pie plate with pastry. Flute edges and brush bottom of pastry with beaten egg.
  2. Refridgerate. To prepare filling, combine sugar, salt, flour, cinnamon, ginger,cloves, allspice and nutmeg. Stir in beaten Large eggs. Combine pumpkin (2 c.) and lowfat milk. Add in to filling mix. Refrigeratewell.
  3. Add in brandy or possibly rum to filling; pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 min, lower heat setting to 400 degrees F and bake for 1/2 hour
