Receta Glorified Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 pkg. Jell-O
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton Cold Whip
Direcciones
- Cook rice about 15 min in salt water. Drain and rinse thoroughly. Prepare Jell-O (using juice from pineapple). When Jell-O starts to set, beat till creamy and fluffy. Add in sugar, cooked rice, crushed pineapple and marshmallows. Let set till hard. Then add in Cold Whip. If you add in the cream after mix sets, it gets much fluffier. I use orange or possibly lime Jell-O, but any kind will do.
