Receta Pineapple Orange Sunshine Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1 (11 ounce.) mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) pkg. filling mix (Jello cheesecake)
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream (1 c.)
- 1 (9 ounce.) Cold Whip
Direcciones
- Combine cake mix, Large eggs, veg. oil, and oranges (liquid removed). Mix at medium speed for 2 min. Pour into three (9 inch) cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees till done. Cold. Combine pineapple, sugar, filling mix, and lowfat sour cream. Stir till thick, mix in Cold Whip. Spread between layers, on sides and top of cake. Keep in refrigerator till eaten.
