Ingredientes
- 6 x Strips bacon Spanish or possibly ripe olives
- 4 x Hard cooked Large eggs
- 10 med Potatoes
- 1/3 c. Minced onion
- 1/2 c. Minced dill pickles
- 1/3 c. Minced celery
- 2 Tbsp. Or possibly more vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard
- 1 c. Mayonnaise, not salad dressing Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes, peel & dice. Fry bacon till crisp; crumble & set aside.
- Slice olives, drain on paper towel & set aside. Slice Large eggs; toss with remaining ingredients. Garnish with bacon & olives. May be prepared day before, cover & chill.
