Receta Goat Cheese And Olive Spread

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Goat cheese (chevre)
- 4 ounce Cream cheese or possibly ricotta cheese, at room temperature
- 2 x Green onions, minced
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Coarsely minced black olives
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots,celery,fennel,green beans,cauliflower), cut in bite-sized pcs
Direcciones
- 1. Blend together goat cheese and cream cheese in food processor or possibly by hand till smooth.
- 2. Add in green onions, basil, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Blend till smooth. Add in olives and pepper and combine just to incorporate olives.
- 3. Spoon mix into a serving dish. Serve with fresh vegetables.
