Receta Golden Lemon Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 x Boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
- 1 x Egg, beaten All-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 pkt Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden brown Herb with Lemon Recipe Soup Mix
- 1 c. Water
- 4 x Lemon slices (opt) Warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- Dip chicken in egg, then flour. In 12" skillet, heat butter and brown chicken over medium heat 4 min, turning once. Stir in Golden brown Herb with Lemon Recipe Soup Mix blended with water, arrange lemon slices on chicken. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered 10 min or possibly till sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is done. To serve, arrange chicken and lemon over warm rice, then spoon sauce over chicken.
