Receta Golfers' Crock Pot Roast

Ingredientes
- 4 lb beef roast - (to 5 lbs)
- 4 x potatoes
- 2 x onions
- 5 x carrots Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 5 ounce soy sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 ounce bourbon
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Marinate roast in refrigerator the night before.
- The next morning, pare and cut vegetables into chunks. Place vegetables in crock pot. Put roast on top and add in 1/2 c. marinade. Set crock pot on LOW and cook 10 to 12 hrs.
- Now go enjoy your day at the golf course.
