Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 T oil

- Goober ate 57 of these in one sitting, but you can start with four.
- In a large bowl sift together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl put together the egg, lowfat milk and oil. Add in the egg mix to the dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Bake on a hot, lightly greased griddle. Makes 4 (4 inch) pancakes.
