Receta Good Hash Brown Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 2 pound pkg. frzn hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pt. (16 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- Salt and pepper
- Crushed corn flakes
Direcciones
- Mix soup, cheese, and lowfat sour cream. Place hash browns in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour soup and cheese mix over top. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top of soup and cheese mix, covering well. Heat butter and drizzle over corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Nice dish to take to covered dish dinners.
