Receta Good Lemon Meringue Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour, loose
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 stick butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Mix together flour, salt, sugar in top of double boiler. Add in 1 c. lowfat milk slowly and stir till blended. Stir in beaten egg yolks, butter and remaining lowfat milk. Cook, stirring constantly till mix begins to thicken, then add in lemon juice and cook till stiff. Remove from heat. Let cold. Fill baked 9 inch pie shell with filling. Cover with meringue and bake till golden.
