Ingredientes
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
Direcciones
- With a fork, mix together first 4 ingredients. In a separate dish, beat remaining ingredients. Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring with a fork till all ingredients are moistened. Then with hands mold dough in a ball. Refrigerateat least 15 min before rolling it into desired shape. Or possibly, it can be frzn. Yield: 2 (9 inch) double crust pies or possibly 3 (9 inch) shells.
