Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c. applesauce
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/3 c. 100% wheat bran
- 1/4 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. nuts
- 1/2 c. cream cheese
Direcciones
- In a mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar with mixer. Add in flour, applesauce, oats, bran, lowfat milk, egg, soda, cinnamon nd baking pwdr. Beat on low speed. Stir in raisins and nuts and cream cheese. Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray coating. Drop dough by rounded Tbsp. 2 to 3 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min. If you freeze, let them in refrigerator overnight.
