Receta Good Stuff Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease several baking sheets. Heat butter in large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; let cold slightly. Beat in Large eggs, brown sugar and vanilla till smooth. Fold in remaining ingredients; let batter stand for 10 min.
- Drop batter by heaping tsp. onto prepared baking sheets bout 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 min or possibly till edges are beginning to brown and cookies are set. Yield: 2 dozen.
