Receta Spicy Oatmeal Cookies - Gluten & Sugar Free
Ingredientes
- 1 ½ cup Organic Oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 cup Unsalted butter - Melted
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 ¼ cup Rice Flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- A Pinch of sea salt
- 3 tsp. cloves (optional)
- ¼ cup carob chips
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- ½ cup Vanilla Rice Milk
Direcciones
- Combine oatmeal and butter in large bowl; mix well. Add eggs and stir until blended. Combine flour, sea salt, cinnamon, cloves (Optional) and nutmeg in bowl. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to oatmeal mixture, blend well. Add carob chips and set aside 5 minutes. Drop by spoon on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown.
