Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 3 med. nectarines, pitted and sliced (1 1/2 c.)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. dark sweet cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
- 1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
- Leaf lettuce
Direcciones
- FOR DRESSING: Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, lemon juice, curry pwdr, ginger, and salt; set aside. In large bowl combine the cooked chicken, celery, nectarines, cherries, and green onions.
- Pour dressing over chicken mix; toss lightly to mix. Refrigerateseveral hrs. At serving time, add in toasted almonds and toss salad. Serve in lettuce lined bowl. Serves 6.
