Receta Goong Gratiem (Garlic Shrimp)

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 lb Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro Pesto (See Recipe)
- 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce (Nam Pla) Fresh Cilantro Leaves

- Heat a wok or possibly medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the oil and swirl to coat the surface. When the oil is very warm but not smoking, add in the shrimp and stir-fry till they begin to color on all sides, about 1 minute.
- Add in the pesto and stir-fry till it coats the shrimp and begins to cook, about 1 minute. Add in the fish sauce and toss the shrimp for another 15 seconds to mix it in. Transfer the shrimp and sauce to a serving platter.
- Sprinkle with cilantro leaves and serve.
