Receta Gorgonzola Stuffed Ground Beef Steaks

Ingredientes
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 4 tsp crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tsp Teriyaki sauce (bottled)
Direcciones
- Heat grill.
- Shape meat into 8 thin patties of equal size.
- Place 1 Tbsp. of cheese on top of 4 patties; cover with second patty. Healthy pinch edges of patties together to seal.
- Brush patties before and during cooking with Teriyaki sauce. Grill over medium coals for 7 to 9 min per side or possibly till cooked through.
- Serve warm.
