Ingredientes
- 1 lb Sirloin tip
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 dsh Dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 can (2-ounce) mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Green onions, minced
- 1 can (10.5-ounce) condensed consomme
- 1/4 c. Dry white wine
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Minced parsley
Direcciones
- Cut sirloin across the grain in slices about 1/8 inch thick. Sprinkle with flour and mustard. ln skillet, brown meat in butter. Add in onions and mushrooms. Cook a few min longer. Stir in consomme, wine, Worcestershire sauce and simmer about 15 min or possibly till sauce is of desired consistency; stir now and then. Garnish with parsley Makes 4 servings. Serve with cooked rice, if you like.
