Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb (340 g) cooked shrimp, coarsely minced
- 1/4 c. (60 ml) minced green pepper (capsicum)
- 1/4 c. (60 ml) minced celery
- 1/4 c. (60 ml) minced cucumber
- 1/4 c. (60 ml) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 c. (60 ml) finely minced scallion (spring onion), green and white parts
- 1/4 c. (60 ml) mayonnaise Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste Warm sauce to taste (optional)
- 6 x warm dog buns (frankfurter rolls)
- 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) butter
- 1 c. (250 ml) shredded lettuce
Direcciones
- Combine the shrimp, vegetables, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and optional warm sauce in a bowl and toss to combine thoroughly. Spread the buns with butter and divide the lettuce among them. Top with the shrimp mix.
