- 8 x Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 jar mushrooms (optional)
- 8 slc Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. Dry white wine
- 1/4 c. Butter, melted
Direcciones
- Arrange chicken in lightly buttered baking dish. Top with cheese slices.
- Combine soup and wine, stirring well. Stir in mushrooms, if you like. Spoon mix over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350x F for 45-55 min.
